Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% stoked with both your BAPU Life purchase and our customer service! So, if you need to return your item, we will make your return experience as painless as possible. Here are the details:

  • Email us at info@bapulife.com. Please use the subject, “Return order # ______”, and we will email you a shipping label. Please pack the item in the original packaging if
    possible.
  • We know you are probably aware, but we must state that all returned
    merchandise must have all original tags attached and must be in its
    original form (not worn, altered or washed).
  • Once we inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund (less the shipping charge and a $5 restocking fee) using your original form of payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any sign
    of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
  • Before sending your return shipment, please make sure to obtain a tracking number from the carrier. We are not responsible
    for lost or damaged packages.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns of final-sale items, and we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
  • Want an exchange instead for your returned item? We will happily issue you a gift card so that you can grab something cool from our store. When you email us, just let us know whether you would like a refund or store credit.
